We are responsible for any personal information you provide to us through this website. Under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), we act as the controller of that information.

We collect personal information only when you provide it directly:

• Contact form submissions: name, email, optional phone, optional company, project type, budget range, and the message you write.
• Server logs: when you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — for security and reliability purposes.
• Aggregate analytics (if enabled): pageviews, referrer, country-level location. We use Vercel Analytics, which does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifying information.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this website.

We use your personal information only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a free AI audit.
• Send you the deliverables, proposals, or communications you request.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

Where we send commercial electronic messages, we do so only under the consent rules of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), with a clear identification of the sender and a working unsubscribe mechanism in every message.

Your contact form submissions are sent to our customer relationship management platform, GoHighLevel, where our team and our AI agents can respond to you. Our hosting and email infrastructure providers — Vercel, Cloudflare, and Google Workspace — process limited technical information as part of delivering this website and our email communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain contact form submissions and related communications for up to 36 months from the last interaction, after which they are deleted unless an active commercial relationship exists. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's defaults (typically 30 days). You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Under Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your information, subject to our legal obligations.
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information — including encrypted transport (TLS), access-controlled systems, and trusted service providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that materially affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days before taking effect.
