Animated Explainer Video for a Free Entrepreneur Coaching Program
A bilingual 2D-animated explainer video walking prospective entrepreneurs through Entreprendre ici's free, Quebec government-funded coaching service — script through final render, delivered in French and English.
Where they started
Entreprendre ici is a Montreal-based nonprofit serving entrepreneurs from immigrant and ethnocultural-diversity backgrounds across Quebec, connecting them to a support ecosystem of more than 1,000 organizations. Its core offer, Accompagnement, pairs each entrepreneur with a dedicated advisor for a free, personalized coaching path funded through the Government of Quebec — needs assessment, referral to the right organizations, and ongoing follow-up through the life of the business. WBT produced the animated explainer video Entreprendre ici uses to introduce this service to prospective entrepreneurs.
What we did

Scriptwriting: French audiovisual script revised through at least 8 numbered drafts, with a parallel English-language pass, to lock scene-by-scene narration timing.

Storyboard: shot-by-shot storyboard following a single recurring entrepreneur character from a stressed, overworked opening beat to a resolved, successful close.

Bilingual voiceover: French narration recorded and re-recorded across at least 4 takes, plus a separate English-language recording, so both cuts play as native narration rather than a dub.

Animation: flat 2D animation carried through at least 5 numbered draft rounds — desk and office scenes, a Quebec-map network graphic, split-screen advisor video-call sequences, and a closing handshake — before final render.

Bilingual delivery: finished cuts in French (~3:10) and English (~3:09), each closing on the Entreprendre ici logo beside the Government of Quebec's, per the client's funding-acknowledgment requirement.
