Animated Explainer Video for an Entrepreneur Benefits Program
A bilingual 2D-animated explainer video introducing PAEICI, Entreprendre ici's companion benefits program that connects already-coached entrepreneurs to a bench of outside business experts — script through final render, delivered in French and English.
Where they started
Entreprendre ici is a Montreal-based nonprofit serving entrepreneurs from immigrant and ethnocultural-diversity backgrounds across Quebec. Alongside its core Accompagnement coaching service, it runs the Programme Avantages Entreprendre ICI (PAEICI): once an advisor confirms an entrepreneur's eligibility, PAEICI connects them to free or reduced-cost individual and group services from a roster of outside business experts, on a limited-availability basis. WBT produced the animated explainer video Entreprendre ici uses to introduce PAEICI to entrepreneurs already enrolled in its coaching program.
What we did

Scriptwriting: French script revised through at least 6 numbered drafts, with a separate English-language adaptation drafted in parallel.

Storyboard: at least 3 numbered storyboard revisions, including a pass exploring an alternate entrepreneur-character casting for the on-screen talent.

Bilingual voiceover: matching French and English narration recorded to carry the same gift-box reveal metaphor in both languages.

Animation: a gift-box-reveal motif — a crowd of participating experts inside an opening gift box, then a one-on-one eligibility check and hand-off — carried from a V3 animation cut to a final V4 render, woven together with real screenshots of the PAEICI sign-up page.

Bilingual delivery: finished cuts in French (~2:54, final V4) and English (~2:56), carrying the same illustration style and brand system as the Accompagnement video for visual continuity across the two explainers.
