Where they started
Fuze HR is a recruitment and staffing agency focused on skilled-trades placements. For a campaign spotlighting their own recruitment team, they wanted something more memorable than standard staff headshots — a distinct, shareable visual identity for the people doing the hiring.
What we did

Concept: cast the recruitment team as an 'F1 Racing Team' — a high-energy, competitive metaphor fitting for a staffing agency built around speed and performance.

Illustration: each team member's headshot was hand-illustrated as a caricature in racing gear, then composited onto a fully rendered F1 car carrying Fuze HR branding and sponsor-style logo detail.

Hand-illustrated caricature portraits of real staff members, each in a distinct racing livery with sponsor-style logo detail — delivered as individual character art, including one full-body race-marshal illustration.
F1 car composites
Illustrated portraits composited onto fully rendered F1 race cars carrying Fuze HR branding, produced per team member for use across social and recruitment marketing.
