Brand Identity & Website for an IT Recruitment Platform
A full identity system and website — logo, brand guideline, stationery, merch, and a multi-page site — for an IT recruitment platform rebranded from Dolmen Recrutement around inclusive hiring.

Where they started
Inclusiv-IT (a rebrand of Dolmen Recrutement) needed a mark that carried its mission ("Inclusivity in every hire") without being literal about it, a complete guideline so the brand stayed consistent as the team grew, and a website that gave candidates and employers separate, purpose-built paths in.
What we did
- 01
Designed a two-figure 'i' + 'T' mark — reads as the company initials and, at a glance, as two people standing together.
- 02
Documented the full system in a 35-page brand guideline: logo usage, color, spacing, typography, and application rules.
- 03
Built a multi-page website with distinct candidate and employer paths, each with its own hero, messaging, and CTA.
- 04
Applied the identity across stationery, print collateral (flyers, brochures, a catalog), and merch — caps, polos, and even a branded candle — so it held up everywhere the brand showed up, not just on a homepage.
