Brand Identity & Explainer Video for a Real Estate Buyer
Bilingual brand identity and a full isometric-style animated explainer video for a real estate buying company — logo, brand guideline, and a script-to-final-render video production across 11 revision cycles, delivered in French and English.

Where they started
L'ADRS (Acheteur de Propriété / Real Estate Buyer), established in 2020, buys homes directly from owners who want a fast, no-hassle sale. The company needed a bilingual brand identity plus a short video that could explain a 'we buy houses' transaction — trust, speed, no cost, no obligation — to prospects in both French and English.
What we did
- 01
Identity: a bilingual 'L'/THE ADRS' wordmark built around a minimal roofline mark, delivered in French, English, and bilingual lockups, backed by a full brand guideline covering color (5-color palette specified in CMYK, RGB, and hex) and typography (Fraunces and Arquitecta for the logo, Montserrat for text).
- 02
Explainer video pre-production: a full script, a shot-by-shot storyboard, and an isometric illustration style sheet comparing three house-illustration directions (minimalist low-poly, traditional high-detail, free-style) before locking the final look.
- 03
Voiceover: separate English and French voice talent auditioned and recorded, so the final video plays as native in each language rather than dubbed.
- 04
Animation: an isometric explainer moving from neighborhood establishing shots to an interior cutaway of the ADRS team handling paperwork and notary steps, a trust/security beat, and a closing handshake scene — refined across 11 client revision cycles to final render.
- 05
Bilingual delivery: final cuts in English and French, each with and without burned-in subtitles, plus a standalone animated logo-reveal in 4K and HD across transparent, white-background, and blue-background versions.
