Brand Identity & Website Design for an IT Recruitment Firm
A complete brand identity and website UI/UX design for a Montreal IT recruitment firm — a circular monogram logo system, a 51-slide brand guideline, 9 designed website pages, and logo motion design across 4 aspect ratios.

Where they started
Tannous HR Solutions is an IT recruitment and staffing firm founded by Elsa Tannous, who brought 8 years of recruitment experience between France and Canada but no visual identity or website. The brand needed a mark that could scale down to a favicon and social avatar as easily as it worked full-size, a documented system her bilingual team could apply consistently, and a website that served two different audiences — employers hiring and candidates job-hunting — under one identity, while carrying the firm's stated focus on IT placements and encouraging more women into tech careers.
What we did
- 01
Identity: a circular monogram interlocking the letters T, H, and R inside a ring, with an arced 'Tannous HR Solutions' wordmark — built to work as a full lockup or collapse cleanly to a small circular favicon or social avatar.
- 02
Brand guideline: a 51-slide identity manual covering logo construction, the sky-blue/black/white color system (with CMYK, RGB, and hex specs), the Lemon Milk typeface across 8 weights, a brand pattern, and favicon rules.
- 03
Website UI/UX: 9 designed pages — home, about, team, testimonials, candidate services, employer services, blog, FAQ, and contact — structured around separate candidate and employer journeys.
- 04
Motion: the logo animated and exported in 16:9, 1:1, 9:16, and Story ratios plus a transparent-background loop, alongside a narrated English/French video walkthrough of the finished site.
