WBT AI Studio — The Agency That Runs Itself
WBT AI Studio is the production engine behind everything we ship — a fleet of seven specialized AI agents running 24/7, delivering complete business operating systems for clients in days, not months.
Where they started
WBT was founded on one question: what happens if you build an agency where AI agents handle delivery end-to-end, and humans own strategy and judgment? The answer required designing the whole system from scratch — agent roles, orchestration logic, client OS format, quality gates, and pricing model. This is that system.
What we did
- 01
Designed a seven-agent fleet — OLO (CTO / Orchestrator), AXA (Operations), ACE (Project Manager), AVA (Creative), ANA (Analytics), JOHN (Client Success), JANE (Marketing) — each with a defined role, escalation threshold, and output format.
- 02
Built the WBT OS framework: three structured documents — Brand OS, Intelligence OS, Market OS — that become the living knowledge base for each client's business. Delivered in hours; updated continuously.
- 03
Wired the agent fleet to a real tech stack: GHL for CRM and automations, ClickUp for project ops, Syncthing for vault sync, QBO for finance, DocuSign for contracts, Twilio for comms — everything connected, nothing manual.
- 04
Deployed the first paying client (Groupe CNC, béton/époxy contractor, Mascouche QC) in under 24 hours of signing — Brand OS, Intelligence OS, Market OS, GHL pipeline, 30-day sprint tracker, and weekly report templates delivered overnight.
- 05
Priced as a sprint model: $250-$500/month proof sprint with a built-in bascule at Day 30 — if the metrics hit (≥15 qualified leads + ≥3 site visits), the contract flips to ~$3,000/month. No pitch, no negotiation — the results close the upsell.
